SHIPPING POLICY

Saint Abel Skincare is committed to delivering your premium natural skincare products safely and efficiently.

Shipping Locations: We ship domestically within Australia and internationally to select countries.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping on orders over $60 AUD (domestic only)

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10-21 business days depending on destination
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Shipping Carriers: We use Australia Post and trusted international carriers to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

Delivery Issues:

  • Lost Packages: Contact us if your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order. We'll investigate with the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, contact us immediately at saintabelskincare@gmail.com with photos.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Public holidays

International Customers:

  • Customs and import duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility
  • Delivery times vary by country and customs processing
  • Some countries may have restrictions on cosmetic imports
