REFUND POLICY

Saint Abel Skincare is committed to your satisfaction with our premium natural skincare products.

Returns & Refunds:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations
  • Products must be in resalable condition

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact us at saintabelskincare@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at saintabelskincare@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Products marked as final sale

Australian Consumer Law: This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
